We are excited to announce that Packhelp has become an official, authorized packaging partner of InPost. As part of this partnership, InPost’s InStore packaging shop has been redesigned to better meet the needs of businesses and individual customers. The goal was to combine the convenience of the InPost Parcel Lockers with a wide range of functional, aesthetic, and customizable packaging solutions.
As an Authorized InPost Partner, Packhelp is responsible for launching and fully managing the new version of the InStore online shop, now directly integrated into the InPost ecosystem. This strategic partnership combines Packhelp’s expertise in customized packaging with InPost’s operational strength and brand recognition, resulting in one of the most comprehensive packaging offerings for e-commerce in the region.

InPost InStore is a shop where not only entrepreneurs but also individual customers can find a wide range of packaging products tailored for shipping via InPost Parcel Lockers and courier services – from classic die-cut boxes and poly mailers to specially designed solutions that combine aesthetics with functionality. As part of the collaboration, the InStore shop's product range has been expanded to include more formats, styles, and variants – such as packaging dedicated to electronics or personalized stickers. All products remain fully compatible with the A, B, and C lockers of the InPost Parcel Lockers, offering new possibilities without compromising on functionality.
Packhelp has long specialized in creating packaging that not only protects but also helps brands stand out and build recognition. We're now bringing that expertise to InPost – selected InStore packaging products can now be personalized using Packhelp’s intuitive editor.
