1. Can I print my own designs?
Of course, you can cover the entire surface of your Recyclable Plastic Doypack with your own custom design. But remember to harmonise the visual design with your chosen form of doypack, whether you're going for a non-transparent pouch or a pouch with clear window.
2. Can I pack liquids inside this doypack?
Our Recyclable Plastic Doypacks are water resistant to a degree, but we don't recommend using them as liquid product packaging. If you're looking for a reliable stand-up pouch for your liquids, check out the classic Plastic Doypack. Thanks to its polymer with alloy or metallic polymer structure, it is a trustworthy solution for packaging creams, detergents, oily snacks and more. 3. Are Plastic Doypacks suitable for food products?
Very much so. All of our doypacks are suitable for direct food contact. They meet the international harmonised standard EN 1186 for food packaging, making it safe for commercialising edibles. These global migration tests determine whether chemical substances travel from your packaging to your food. Our doypacks are a safe choice!
4. Is this doypack going to be effective for my product 100% of the time?
That depends on your product specification and storage conditions. We recommend testing the doypack against your specific product in the exact storage environment you're going to keep your inventory in. Get our low-cost sample pack and we'll give you your money back upon your first order!
5. What can I pack in the Recyclable Plastic Doypack?
Anything dry that's also sweet, salty, greasy or aromatic, like tea, coffee, hard candy, beef jerky, CBD (flowers and powders), supplements & more. This stand-up pouch will also work great for your electronics, toys and plastic elements like building blocks. 6. What is the min/max weight I can pack in these doypacks?
You can pack as little as 20g in our Plastic Doypacks (e.g., corn flakes); the maximum you can store is approx. 1,7kg (e.g.: sugar). The standard sizes in our offer successfully sustain a higher quantity than other providers.
7. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ for this doypack is 500 pieces.

To double down on water resistance, we combine EVOH with other films like PP and PET to create our recyclable doypacks.
