Next, you’ll meet with the people you’d potentially work with. Depending on the role, this can be online or in person.3 | Task or case study
For some roles, we’ll ask you to complete a practical task or case study. Nothing designed to keep you busy — we want to see how you approach real challenges relevant to the role.04 | Decision time

Find your flow | Take your time, ask questions, find your rhythm and settle in. No one expects you to know everything from day one.
