We offer a variety of box styles, insert options, and over 14 standard sizes, with custom options available. Made from 90% recycled corrugated cardboard, our boxes come in a wide range of flutes, from E to 5-layer EB. Personalisation is available in colour chosen from CMYK colour chart (white print unavailable, for white check out White on Kraft Mailer Box). Colour on the outside can be different then the one on the inside. Two options of additional adhesive strip: single or double for returns.
Is it possible to print on the inside of a Mailer Box?
Yes, you can for an extra fee. You can create a unique design for the inside of your packaging using our online editor, and the price will be updated instantly. If you want, you can even choose to keep the outside blank and add a custom print to the inside. Just keep in mind that the interior for the eco white mailer box has a natural kraft look and texture.
Does the price include the cost of my design (logo and graphics)?
The pricing shown includes the cost of printing your unique graphics and designs. For custom printing options like hot-stamping, embossing/debossing, and UV Varnish (to name only a few), please send us a brief.
Is the cardboard for the Eco White Mailer white all over?
No, afraid not. Only the outside of the cardboard has been whitened. That means that the interior of your mailer box will have the look and feel of natural kraft.

Are Eco Mailer Boxes environmentally friendly?
Eco mailer boxes are made from at least 70% recycled material that is FSC®-C151608
certified. No glue is used in the production process, meaning the whole box can be recycled without any issues. The cardboard is biodegradable and completely plastic-free. These features make the eco mailer boxes a very environmentally friendly packaging solution.

What are the standard sizes that you recommend for clothes or shoes?
For larger articles of clothing, we recommend F79 (36.4 x 31.4 x 12.5 cm). This box was tailored for the fashion industry - it’s best for shipping shoes, blouses, trousers and other garments. A slightly smaller box F71 (35 x 26 x 10 cm) will work perfectly for shipping clothes, too.
