What dimensions can I enter?
For the mailer box: width 9 to 50 cm, length up to 60 cm, height 3 to 50 cm, to the millimetre. Ranges for other constructions show once you pick them in Packaging Builder.
Can I order a box with no print?
Yes. Pick Plain in the Print step or click Skip design for now at the summary and the box goes to your cart without a design.
How do I put my own design on the box I built?
Click Customise design. The Editor opens with your box and a dieline in the dimensions you typed in, and works just as it does for catalogue products.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum quantity depends on the construction and the dimensions. Packaging Builder shows it when you pick the quantity, next to the unit price.
Do I see the price before ordering?
Yes. The price updates with the dimensions, print, material and quantity. Once you add the delivery country, you also see dates and shipping cost.
How is Packaging Builder different from the catalogue?
The catalogue has ready constructions in fixed sizes. In Packaging Builder you build your own box: type in your own dimensions and, for selected constructions, go beyond the standard range.
What is the packaging made of?
Kraft or white board, picked in the Material step. Made in Europe.
Do I need an account?
You can build and price a box without one. You log in only when you add it to your cart.
