No design skills needed

Begin with whatever you already have.

No design software knowledge required. We take you through the whole packaging design, start to finish.

Upload your completed artwork, place it on the dieline and see it wrapped onto the packaging in 3D for a quick, precise review.

You create the packaging design, we manage the printing.

The Editor runs directly in your browser, so you can create packaging without a graphic designer, printer contact or print-file knowledge. All you need is a clear picture of how you want your packaging to look.

It all comes down to five steps.

You go from picking your packaging to a price in your cart and never leave the Editor.

Step 1

Pick the kind of packaging you need.

It is where everything begins.

Single product catalogue, built into the Editor

Scroll through boxes, bags, envelopes, tubes and accessories in a single view, with a separate tab for promotional merchandise.

Your dieline is already in the Editor

There is nothing to measure and nothing to build from zero. Choose a product and move straight on to the design.

Step 2

Fit the packaging around your product.

One panel covers size, quantity, material and finish.

Print inside the packaging as well

Decide whether to print outside only or outside and inside.

See the options side by side

Compare kraft with white, foil options and print variants, and see photos that show how each selection looks on the real packaging.

Every adjustment appears instantly in an interactive 3D view
Step 3

Add the things customers recognise you by.

Your logo, a pattern or artwork of your own.

No design files yet? Begin with ready patterns

Pick a template, match the colours to your brand, place your logo and cover the whole box or selected panels with patterns in a few clicks, so everything stays aligned.

Artwork already prepared? Simply upload it

Upload PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF files, choose the panel, then position and scale your graphics while a 2D view shows wall dimensions in centimetres. The Editor flags low resolution or elements placed too close to the edge, and you can download the dieline, work in your own software and upload the final PDF back in.

Step 4

Check your packaging with a real-time 3D preview.

Turn it around, zoom in and inspect each side before placing an order.

Changes appear instantly, without ordering extra renders

Any change to colour, print variant, logo position or finish appears at once on the 3D model, so you are not waiting for rendered visuals or guessing the final effect.

Design the inside too

When your chosen variant supports interior print, switch to the inside view and design inner panels with the same tools you use on the outside, shaping the full unboxing moment.

Step 5

Find out what it costs.

Change quantity, print variant or finish and both unit and total prices refresh automatically.

From design to cart

Send completed projects straight to your cart, or speak to sales for higher volumes.

Keep and share your work

If you are logged in, you can save designs and share them by link.

What happens next?

You confirm the order, Packhelp organises everything else.

The design you approve on screen becomes the print-ready file for production, without separate file transfers or back-and-forth corrections with a printer.

What you see in the Editor is exactly what we print.

No separate print file, no back-and-forth with a printer. Once the Editor has checked your design, it goes straight into production as it is. Printing and assembly happen in Europe on FSC-certified board, and the lead time shows before you place the order.

Try one piece before you order a full run.

A single Custom Mailer Box with your design lets you check colours, board and finish in your hands. Happy with it? Order from 30 units.

Editor FAQs

Questions about the Editor? These come up most often.

  • Is there any fee for using the Editor?

No. You can use the Editor and live 3D preview free of charge and without an account. You only pay when you confirm an order.

  • What file types am I allowed to upload?

You can upload PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF files. Vector formats such as SVG or PDF are recommended for logos, as they stay sharp at any scale.

  • What is the smallest quantity I can order?

Standard production quantities begin at 30 units. Custom Mailer Box is also available as a single-unit prototype with your own design.

  • Will the final print colours match those on my screen?

The Editor uses CMYK and shows colour on your chosen material, so you can see how your design appears on kraft or white board. This gives a close preview, although slight differences between screens and print are still possible.

  • What happens if my file resolution is insufficient?

The Editor alerts you if an uploaded file has low resolution. You can provide a higher-quality file or continue with the existing one if you accept that print sharpness may be reduced.

  • Is it possible to download a dieline and work in my own software?

Yes. You can download the dieline, design in your preferred software, then upload the completed PDF back into the Editor for preview and ordering.

  • Can I store my project and come back to it later?

Yes. Once logged in, you can save your project in your account and share a link so your team can review it.

  • What are the production and delivery timeframes?

Lead time depends on the product and quantity. The Editor shows an estimated lead time before you place your order, with production in Europe to support reliable planning.
