Custom Cardboard Envelope - pealed, sealed, delivered

Deliver your documents and branding in one durable envelope. It's made of thick cardstock, an extra-secure material for sending out important files. The paper envelope is fully recyclable and biodegradable, so you don't lose sleep over hurting the environment. And you can customise it! Natural kraft or white, printing inside and out, soft or matt lamination - all these features of your custom envelope are up to you. We do not offer the option of printing inside cardboard envelopes through our standard range. However, if you need that option, please fill in a brief and a packhelper will get in touch with you shortly.
We offer two sizes of cardboard envelopes: C4 (32.4 cm x 22.9 cm): perfect for A4 documents, photos and small flat items. C5 (23 cm x 16.6 cm): fits A5 documents, photos, gift cards and other flat items.
Both white and natural kraft are made from the same material, carton. Cardstock is lighter than cardboard, has lower grammage and doesn’t include fluting (layers made from recycled paper). White cardstock is recommended if you wish to print large parts or the entire envelope in a solid colour. The natural kraft option works best for minimalist designs, or along with darker colours – deep brown, black or navy blue.
