Available in small, medium, and large sizes, you can specify dimensions within a ±2-4mm tolerance to create a custom fit for your specific cap styles. This precision helps prevent movement during shipping and ensures your caps arrive in excellent condition. Furthermore, the boxes are engineered to fit standard courier and parcel-locker sizes, including services like InPost, DPD, Royal Mail, and DHL, streamlining your shipping process.

One ColourPrinting with a single CMYK color keeps costs low and is perfect for minimalist designs or when multi-color detail isn’t needed.
Multicolour – saturatedAffordable multicolour printing on bleached cardboard. The bright white, uncoated surface provides good colour accuracy with a softer, more natural finish. As the inside of the box is printed on the brown side of the cardboard, colours on the inside may appear less saturated. Perfect for designs where true-to-design colours matter but an ultra-glossy finish is not required.
Multicolour – mutedThe most affordable option for multi-colour printing. It gives your design soft, slightly faded tones, perfect for natural and rustic styles. This option doesn’t support background printing. For full background coverage, choose Multicolour – saturated or Multicolour – premium.
White ColourEach print is made with white ink using UV printing technology. It’s ideal for creating strong contrasts on kraft cardboard and achieving a premium look. This option is more costly than standard CMYK printing due to the use of a different, more advanced technology.
