FAQ

Can I have something printed inside my envelope?

Through the standard range, we do not offer printing on the interior of our cardboard envelopes. However, please fill in a brief if that is something you are interested in and a Packhelp expert will get in touch with you shortly.

What size of documents fit in these cardboard envelopes?

We offer two sizes of cardboard envelopes:

  • C4 (32.4 cm x 22.9 cm): perfect for A4 documents, photos and small flat items.
  • C5 (23 cm x 16.6 cm): fits A5 documents, photos, gift cards and other flat items.

What is the difference between the white and kraft material?

Carton is the basis for both white and natural kraft. Cardstock is lighter than cardboard, has a lower grammage and doesn’t include fluting (layers made from recycled paper).
Use white cardstock if you need to print large parts or the envelope in a solid colour. Natural kraft is better for simple designs and goes along well with darker colours like deep brown, black or navy blue. For more tips, see the Inspirations page and find out the differences between white and natural kraft wine boxes. You can also order a sample pack and check it out in the flesh.
