The process of filing a complaint is as follows:
- Describe your issues concerning your complaint in our complaint form. Remember to share as many details as possible – it will help us to speed up the process.
- We will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your complaint.
- We will review your complaint within 3 days. Then our team will contact you with the decision.
- We might need to send the boxes to our printing facility. In such a situation, we will cover the costs of shipping them back to us.
- Every complaint is reviewed personally.
